All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and the official purchase invoice.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Technical Inspection
Once your request is logged, our technical team will review the claim to ensure the product meets our return criteria regarding condition and functionality.
Package Collection
We will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your address, or you may visit one of our physical branches in Egypt to drop off the equipment personally.
Refund Processing
After a successful quality check, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
